Honesty - There is a clear and distinct difference between right and not right… we don’t want to go anywhere near ‘not right’.
Privacy - We are a private company and have no need for public acclaim. We judge and measure and evaluate ourselves and at the end of the day are the best judges of how we have performed.
Competitiveness - There is no sense in playing the game unless we want to ‘win’ in terms of getting the most out of our collective and individual abilities.
Teamwork - Individual brilliance is worth nothing if it cannot be harnessed within the group goals, strategies and plans.
Prudence & Management of Risk - This doesn’t mean conservativeness, but it does mean working hard to eliminate as much risk as possible and then using normal commercial professional prudence… and then some!
Balance - Between work and relaxation, gritty negotiation and fun, office and home/family... the Bennelong experience has to be enjoyable.
Respect - For all of the public with which we deal and for our work mates and ‘opponents’.
Accountability - Accepting without question full responsibility for our role(s) within the organisation and doing everything possible (‘no regrets’) to successfully discharge that responsibility.
