Bennelong PFM is fund manager of;

• The Bennelong Real Estate Equity Fund (BREEF), with properties located in Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra and Brisbane and with a current portfolio valued at over $268m (30 June 2007); and
• The Bennelong Real Estate Value Fund (BREVF), which focuses on value add opportunities and has $93m (30 June 2007) of assets in Sydney and Melbourne.

Active hands on management, coupled with a focus on maximum tenant satisfaction and retention through the provision of quality accommodation, continue to cement Bennelong as a premier property fund manager of suburban commercial property in Australia.
