Chris Cunningham, Chief Executive Officer

Chris is Chief Executive Officer of Bennelong Group and has 15 years experience in financial management, accounting and finance. Chris joined Bennelong in May 2004 as Chief Financial Officer where he was responsible for the finance, compliance and company secretarial functions of the Group. He was appointed to the role of Chief Executive Officer in July 2010.
Prior to joining Bennelong, Chris was a Director within Deloitte’s Growth Solutions Division where he spent 10 years servicing middle market businesses. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, holds a Bachelor of Business degree and has a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment with FINSIA.

Steven McJorrow, Chief Financial Officer

Steven is Chief Financial Officer for the Bennelong Group and has responsibility for the finance, compliance and company secretarial functions of the Group. Prior to joining Bennelong, Steven worked for three years as the Group Financial Controller for the Australian Wheat Board (AWB).
Steven has held a variety of senior positions with National Australia Bank (NAB) including Head of Program Office - Retail Financial Services and Head of Decision Support – Retail Distribution. Earlier in his career he held financial management roles with Bank of New Zealand, was a senior consultant in KPMG Consulting’s World Class Finance group and National Audit Manager with Ernst & Young New Zealand.
He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand.

Will Davidson, Chief Operating Officer
LLB, B Comm, ICAA
Will is Chief Operating Officer of Bennelong Group and is responsible for the private equity investments held and actively managed by the group. He joined the group in April 2011.
Prior to joining the Bennelong team, Will was the Global Operations Director of SapientNitro for 9 years. He grew the start-up creative business to over 400 staff with offices in New York, London, Shanghai, Dubai, Moscow and Australia. Will was responsible for setting up and managing offices as well as all acquisitions and integration. He managed the sale of the business into the NASDAQ listed Sapient. Will also has experience building a dot com business, Virtual Communities, and experience in corporate finance. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has a combined degree in Law and Commerce -
Susan Frances, General Manager, Bennelong Foundation
Susan is General Manager of the Bennelong Foundation. After a long and varied career in insurance, finance and the manufacturing industry, Susan joined the philanthropic sector with the Colonial Foundation, one of Australia’s largest philanthropic foundations.
During project work with Cricket Victoria in 2005, Susan met Bennelong Group’s Chairman, Jeff Chapman, and commenced shortly thereafter with Bennelong Foundation as General Manager. Since 2005, the Foundation has increased grant making from $477,000 to over
$1 million in financial year 2007/08.
